Our homes

Discovery Development will comprise a total of 68 homes, both detached and terraced, ranging from 3 to 4-bedroom. The homes are architecturally designed and will be built to the highest standard.

Each one will typically have a 250-390 sqm site with a floor area ranging from 116-135 sqm.

Each will have off-street parking and private outdoor space.

All Discovery Development homes will be up to the HomeStar 6 standard. This means all homes exceed the standards set in the building code for warmth and dryness.
